A call, text or intake submission does not create a contract, reserve a schedule or authorize work. Services begin only after approval of a written scope, commercial terms and any required payment.

Licensed and regulated work

Work requiring a specific trade or professional license must be performed, supervised, designed, permitted or approved by the appropriate qualified party as required.

Project information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for having authority to share plans, photographs, addresses and project records.
